ICD-10-CM: Foundations consists of four modules: Overview and Conventions (.5 CEU); Steps to Proper Code Selection (.5 CEU); General Coding Guidelines (1 CEU); and Symptoms, Signs and Abnormal Clinical and Laboratory Findings (.5 CEU).
